A fort in the garrigue with a view of the sea.
A walk connecting the towns of Port-Vendres and Collioure on the inland side, with a visit to Fort Saint-Elme.

Description

From in front of the train station, head to the left.

  1. Turn right onto the strategic road.  
  2. Before reaching the white cross, turn left onto the Mala Cara path. Admire Fort Saint-Elme and enjoy the view of Collioure.
  3. At this point, after crossing the railway, head back towards the Port-Vendres train station.
  4.  Turn left onto Chemin du Val de Pinte, following the river.
  • Departure : Port-Vendres Train Station
  • Arrival : Port-Vendres Train Station
  • Towns crossed : PORT-VENDRES and COLLIOURE
